If your home state is UP and your have UP domicile then you will not get any reservation of Punjab but if you apply with UP domicile chances are you might get a reservation there.

Well you can get the benefits of NRI quota only when you are a NRI. nRI means non residential Indian. If you are a Indian who lives abroad and then only you can take the benefits of NRI quota to take admission.
