See through AIQ you will be getting admission through OBC category only if you clear the cut off.

Now through state quota you will be getting EBC category under OBC category which is for economically weaker OBC students. But every state does not have that so look into it deep.

With 380 marks you can easily clear neet but dear your marks is too low for getting a seat in Government Medical College. 
For example,  last year marks required in neet for Govt. Medical College ESI and Hospital, Coimbatore was 555 marks for obc category under state quota.
