The cutoff for government medical colleges in Delhi for MBBS is above 600 marks in neet for all India category and for state quota students the cutoff is usually around 500+. So there are low chances to get a seat in any government college with these marks however
As 220 is quite a low score and the students are scoring more and more marks due to which the cut off %ile for government colleges are getting higher every year. So, your chances of getting a government college is quite low unless you are from SC/ST or any other
