Admission to various government and private medical colleges in India is on the basis of NEET Rank and not on +2 marks.
There is an eligiblity criteria for NEET where a student has to have Biology either as main subject or additional subject and he/she should have scored at
State Quota is only applicable for the state that you have the State Domicile Certificate for.
Since, Meghalaya and Assam are two different states, so you can apply only for the state for which you have the state domicile.

in general category in M.B.B.S seat in Uttar pradesh Medical Colleges.
The cuttoff will depend upon the Number of student appeared for the
