Hi,

Last year cutoff for Mysore Medical College was 443 for UR (State Quota).

So, with 492 marks, you have a decent chance of getting a seat there.

I am sorry to tell you but 452 is not enough to land in a government medical college.  Actually you need to have a score of atleast 550 + to get a seat in a decent government medical college.
