Well Delhi is very difficult state and getting a seat in government medical colleges of Delhi through state quota seems difficult with that marks. And the most difficult for general category students.

according to previous year cut off trend in west bengal i think you cannot get government mbbs seat in west bengal through state quota with 478 marks. in 2018 the cut off of governmnet medical colleges in west bengal was above 480 marks. but we are not sure so
