Are improvement n compartment students are stated as private candidates?? Please please please explain me

Prachi Pant 11th Nov, 2020

Hi

No, improvement and compartment students are not stated as private candidates until and unless they choose to complete their study from private board like NIOS.

Improvement and compartment students get a chance to re appear for the examination where they can improve their score.

Thanks

im expecting 335 as an sc , west bengal candidate . can i get a govt. medical seat in my state?

Dipesh Mann 25th Aug, 2019

Hi,

It might be difficult to get a seat in any government medical college in WB because looking at last year's cutoff, for SC Category, cutoff (State Quota Seats) was mostly higher than 345 marks but cutoffs vary each year based on the number of candidates, seat availability, etc.

i got 576 in neet i m from delhi gen. will i get govt college?

Animesh Vats Student Expert 12th Aug, 2019

Hi Pankaj,

Well in Delhi getting a seat is difficult becuas ethe colleges in Delhi are of great importance and high ranking, all preferred by students.

But still your marks are pretty good so maybe you might get allocated a college bybthe end of the counseling process through state quota.
