• U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah
• Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow
• Government Allopathic Medical College, Banda, UP

Since you have 427 marks, there is a very slight chance that you might be able to get into a government college.

I would recommend to make a list of NIT's you want to apply to and email them your score.
