Sorry aspirant but at 290 marks there us very difficulties to get any good government college because the cut off of neet goes to very high if you know and competition is also very tough and I am also saying you that at this score you can not crack NEET

Please specify your category and your home state too as it is very easy to predict your college options without knowing about these two. If you're a general category student then you can't get a seat in government college under All India Quota as for that a score
