You can however get private medical colleges if you apply in them.
You can get dental colleges with 320 marks in reputed colleges such as Manipal dental college, kalinga dental college etc

Sorry, you have scored very less marks in the NEET exam. You will not be able to get MBBS seat in a government medical college. You can get lower level private medical colleges but their fees will be very high.
