If you are talking about NEET 2019 examination, then yes you are allowed to wear half sleeve t-shirt and track in the examination hall. In fact the dress code you mentioned is actually advisable. But try to avoid heavy buttons in your T-shirt.

Rashan card will not be considered a valid I'd proof in the exams. You will have to carry adhar card, driving license, passport, voter I'd and pan card.

Hi Gauri, you can wear jeans in exam hall. But it should be plain and formal. It should not have more pockets. And dress should be light. Wear light shirt or T-shirt.
