Depen on exam if you're going for jee or neet they provide pen/paper but if your going for jee paper 2 which is barch you have to carry you pen pencil scale colour n all but I suggest you to atleast carry pen and pencil in every exam

It is difficult to get a college in 15% All India Quota but u can try for private seats in your state . Some of the dental private colleges in Bihar are :

As per the guidelines given for the dress code for neet 2019 by the authority. You can't wear a duppta/scarf etc on any kind of dress. As it is not allowed in the examination hall. Also, you need to wear light and simple clothes avoiding any embroidery,big buttons
