This year as the cutoffs have gone higher than previous year, the chances to get admission in government medical or dental college in andhra Pradesh is low if you belong to OC category. If you are looking for admission in b category seats you have pretty good chances.

Under Locomotor Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, Leprosy cured, Dwarfism, Acid Attack victims and Muscular Dystrophy are included. Orthopedic disability of lower limb is considered for 3-5% horizontal reservation in NEET.

I am sorry there is no mention of swimming pool and gym at their website.But there are many facilities such as:-

Auditorium
Hostel
Cafeteria
Sports complex
Library and museum
Hospital/medical facilities
Lecture halls
Skill lab
