Hello Elangovan,reservation in AFMC is only for students having SC/ST category and that too for Pune one only and they must have qualified the NEET UG 2019 exam.Medical qualification is must.Again,there is no surety.If you name is shortlisted,then their name must come within first 500 in the final combined merit

For afmc you have 720 marks and seeing the previous years' results, there was no sign of exceeding the cutoff more than 600 marks. It was maximum 600 for girls as the admission criteria. So the cutoff can never go beyond the 600 and it is even too much high

For getting into any government medical college, you should have a score of 550+ in NEET. Also, the competition for those seats in government colleges is very very high, so yes 550+ is the minimum requirement. At 433 marks, it'd be very difficult for you to get into Siddha Medical
