Well whether you can get the college or not highly depends upon your category,domicile etc.
But,taking an example of general category the cutoff for the college goes high from 510-570.So,it does look like you have a chance in it.

First of all you need to clear the National Eligibility Entrance Test(NEET) to get admission to this college. You should have minimum of 50 percentage marks in best of four along with physics chemistry biology as compulsory subjects.Individual subject also needs to have passing marks.
