You can download the proforma For OBC applying for admissions to central educational institutions, fill it and get it signed by district magistrate/competent authority. The proforma shall help you get the seat and admission until your original certificates come.

As per the directives of The Supreme Court of India, NEET is the onle and only eligibility test for Admission to any Medical College, be it Government, Private or Deemed Colleges. Your admission to any college will be based on your NEET score only, none of the colleges
