Right now there is no notification by official sites regarding the dates for third phase counselling in Abdhra Pradesh for convenor quota. Till now only dates of 2nd phase are there.

Hopefully it will release after 25th or 27th June 2019.

According to me sms college would be a better option because as compared to AIIMS is is all established and has a good ranking in JAIPUR.It would have more patient exposure because nagpur AIIMS is recently opened and is still developing. Although AIIMS is the best medical college

As you do not have the domicile of Gujarat, then you get admission in National modern medical efucation and research institute,Silvassa; you can apply through open quota. Under open qouta candidates of other states can also apply.
