Fees for any govt medical college in India varies from state to state it can be any from 20000/Indian rupees to 2 -3 lakh per annum. Hostel and mess charges etc.

In accordance to your rank and last year NEET Counselling results, it will be hard to you to get a MD Forensic Medicine seat in government college. The chances of getting in a good college is more less, like if you take in consideration top medical colleges in country.
