The existing reservations are for Scheduled Caste (15%), Scheduled Tribe (7%), OBC-NCL (27%) and PWD (3%). Except for these there are no other reservations. However State quota might have reservation for serving/ex servicemen and it depends on the rules of thst particular state. And there is no female quota.

The max closing rank for Kodagun Institute of a medical sciences, madikeri was 7339 back in 2017. So a rank within 5000 may secure you a seat however, NEET trends change every year and hence cannot be said for sure.
