Yes central government has told all the government colleges and state run universities to implement the 10 % reservation. Many of the colleges have already implmented this policy. Gujrat was the first state to start 10 % reservation.

the course of BPT referring to bachelor of physiotherapy has a separate entrance examination and is not admitted via NEET Ug examination unlike the courses including MBBS, BDS, BA MS, BHMS and veterinary sciences which can directly in CU admission wire a result and rank in the NEET UG examination

Dear, the cutoff changes every year and so it would be difficult to predict the marks range for admission in any college. Well, if you're applying for 85% state quota seats (i.e. in Tamil Nadu only) then your minimum score should be 520-30+ for admission in a government
