If the last date for making a payment has been closed, even if you have filled in the application form, unfortunately you cannot make any payment towards your application form. you can only apply when you have the birth certificate of that particular state or the domicile certificate( which is a must and should be obtained through the deputy commissioner of that particular state).

Yes you can get a good seat in good medical colleges like Manipal, ACMS, SRM.
