Yes, you have to sign a service liability bond at the time of joining AFMC PG medical but you will only have to pay it if you decide to leave after the training before your commission period gets over.

Hi Shweta! The course fee means the entire fees of the course for the total number years the course is offered. Course fee is not yearly Untill and unless per  annum or per year is used.If it is simply written, course fee, then it is for 3 years or so.
