As of now there is no increase in the number of medical seats in Jammu and Kashmir because there is further more procedure to be done including the government sanction. Sometimes if possible the seat may get increase after the Neet exams.

I am assuming that by AFMC course, you mean, MBBS in Armed Forces Medical College.
See, the AFMC institute is located in Pune, India and not in Germany. Also, MBBS is a very practical oriented course and hence obviously can never be taught in distance mode. So, obviously,
