I belong to SEBC category of Maharashtra.Do I need to apply SEBC category under OBC or whether I should apply under general category.

SEBC is an additional category under OBC NCL, You should have the valid certificate in the required format to get reservation for the reserved seats, At the time of counselling you will be required this. Have you applied NEET & AIIMS Application form?
