Here is a list of all government medical colleges in Tamil nadu and their cut off ranks and marks respectively for the general category under the state quota. Considering if you score around 400 you seem to have a fair chance in a few of them

The cutoff varies every year so it is tough to tell you the exact but try to score more than 500 to get a seat in Government Colleges for state quota seats.
