I had already paid 5000 for round 1&2, did not get seat . So if i pay another 5000 for mop up , in case i did not get seat total will refund

The fees for registration for rounds and mop up are not refunded. However, the security fees for both the rounds and mop up will be refunded if you do not get a seat. But if you do get a seat the security will not be refunded.

If you are talking about NEET, then you have to pay as follows for the mop up round:

For general candidates only :

Deemed+ AIQ : Rs 2,10,000

AIQ(Only) : Rs 10,000

Deemed(Only): Rs 2,00,000

Online All India Quota or Deemed/Central
Universities UG Counseling-2019, and you have been allotted in round-2 also then
no, you can go back to the same college allotted as in round-1.

If you have been allotted a seat during first round of counselling and and you you after that for upgradation and in the second round no upgradation take place and the college allotted to you remain same then I would suggest you to not lose your hope. There

I think you have forgotten to mention the college name here and without knowing this I'll be of no help to you. As every colleges have different cutoffs and without knowing the name i can't predict your chances in your desired college.
