OBC A is above  5to 8 lakhs families income.

OBC B is between 1 to 5lakhs Income.

OBC C is less than 1lakh family annual income.

The refundable fee of approximately 76000 eligible candidates has been refunded in the same account of the candidate from which remittance has been made to the MCC/DGHS. The refund of the remaining eligible candidates of UG counselling was to be completed by 17.10.2018.

Nowadays this terms are common and used frequently, therefore, You can convert as follows

Generally, k denotes 1000 so if it is mentioned 62.2k/yr means the amount is 62,200 per year. similar to k, M is used for 1000k and B is used for 1000M.

Therefore: RateA/RateB=sq root(25/4)

                                  =5/2
