There are various colleges which also accept AIiMS exam and rnakings alloted for them as well.

Admission eligible criteria is different for all cplkeges. 

Generally top Government colleges shsll need NEET UG scores for bsc radiology course. 

And some dont need any entrance exam so you simply get admission on 12th aggregate marks  

However its recommended to score well both in NEET Ug and Standards 12th
