To become Software Engineering, you are required to take PCM but you can also take medical as a addtional subject. It means PCMB( Physics, Chemistry, Math, Biology). Through this stream you can take JEE Mains for Engineering & NEET for Medical.

As per Minimum Age Requirement of NEET 2019 Eligibility Criteria-

You need to be 17 years as on December 31, 2019.


If you are to able to satisfy it you are eligible for NEET 2019 otherwise not.

Yes your eligible for pre alloted collegrs in firsr round even if you ar enot upgraded and can reserve seats at previous colleges absed on cutoff rnaks. 

You cn also wish to float the college for upgrading into next round or wish to withdraw from counselling by reserving your alloted
