the elective subject as biology is not possible becasue the medical science which is the main foundation subject is biology how we make this as the optional sir so please donot  make biology as the elective if are really willing to do the medical

Yeah you are eligilbe for NEET entance exam inwhich for the OBC/ST/SC the eligiblity is 40% in the PCB group inwhich in this case you are having the 47% PCB so you can write the exam 

and age should be candidate should born before janaray 1st 2003
