No! there is no minimum marking in each subject. Only your total score is looked into. However when 2 or more students have the same score their rank is given according to their scores in individual subjects.
More preferance is given to Biology followed by chemistry then physics.

If you did not alloted seat and cancelled your counselling then you can get back your money.
Wait for the list round csab will publish a refund form , then you can fill that form for fee refund and you will get your money after 5-6month later.

No, your 1st year B.Sc. result will not affect your chances of getting into a medical college. Medical colleges only look at the NEET score.

If you get a seat allotted in the first round of Rajasthan State Counselling, and you don't report to the allotted college with DD, then automatically your seat will be lost. However, you will be eligible for the second round of counselling.

If you have register for kea 2nd round then you have to visit for certi verification.
Since you did not visit under time so your registration may cancelled you can ask them by call.
