the eligilablity cretiera is mentioned below   Someone who wants to pursue a B.Sc in  radiology should have completed Science (10+2) preferably with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Maths. The duration of the course is three years.You can also take up one-year certificate courses after 10+2 Science. it will not required

Getting a seat in the mop up round depends on the the number of seats vacant , and if it is so .Yo Y would need atleast 450 in NEET . With this score in OBC category and that through All India quota is quite difficult.
