BSc Radiation Technology is a 3-year course. To become eligible to apply for the course at Sawai Man Singh Medical College (SMS MC) Jaipur, you need to have passed Class 12 in PCB from the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan or any other examination recognized as equivalent
Yes you are eligible for giving neet after completing your 12 th class also..there is no such restrictions...you May also give neet exam if you are in college also....
I think you need certificate on the time of document verification before the councelling round...becuz two year ago my frd who is physically handicapped is also give certificate on the time of document verification....

In which entrance exam you are interested and also mention in which course you are interested...
Becuz age criteria for neet UG is 23 so you are not eligible for neet UG...
