The guidelines for the photograph must have been provided to you by the authority who is asking for this. But generally in a photograph the name of the candidate and the date on which the photo was clicked (to check whether it is recent or not)

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), Bangalore will be releasing the NEET cutoff 2018 Karnataka tentatively in the second week of August. Karnataka cutoff of NEET 2018 will be finalised after the conclusion of the last round of counselling. Keep checking KEA website (http://kea.kar.nic.in).
