in case you have not filled correct information , you can send them mail for correcting your application or can call them and ask them what is the substitute for this issue , but as far as i remembered last time they gave some time for correction ,

If you are alloted the seat in the second round & want to leave then the amount will be forfieted Rs. 10,000 for the Government colleges & Rs. 2,00,000 for Deemed Universities.

annual fees are around 4.5lakh-10 lakh in a medical college in India whether they are private or govt.

everybody needs domicile certificate for participating in state counselling(other than the state from where the candidate have cleared class 12th).

Like for example lets say you have done your 12th from Uttar Pradesh then you are eligible for 85% state quota seats.
