If you don't provide category certificate at the time of document verfication, you will be counted as general. But if you do provide category certificate of OBC you will be counted as obc not general.

You can fill only the other 4 priority colleges that you wanted in the second counselling, so that if you are allotted a college it will be of your choice, else your current college wont change or you can say it will automatically be freezed for you. Hope

Yes,you can take admission in private and deemed medical college through management quota and for that you have to pay 25-30 lakhs other than fees.i hope this information helps you.
