You would most probably get a seat under SC category. You have scored much more than usual cutoff in Tamil Nadu. Last year, the cutoff for SC category was 193.

Well, I can't get official data regarding cutoff of private colleges. But, the cutoff for government seat in 2017 was 464. Now, we know that cutoff of private colleges is lesser. So, if we apply some probability, you seem to have a chance of selection in private college.
