AS I see your marks in NEET UG 2018 you have very less chances of get Seat in Deemed Or Private Universities Colleges.
Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state qouta for Open Category.

For Round 1, there is Free Exit & Free Entry candidates can resign from their allotted seat in First
Round, if he/ she is not satisfied with the allotted seat and can still participate in Round 2 or state counselling.

The cut-off trends of this College are not available. But since it is a private college, you have chances of selection. However, since there is no reservation system in private colleges, your OBC category won't matter.

if you are talking about the certificate verification in the counselling round, then i must say you can wait for 2nd round or maybe contact the department but once missed it cannot be undone.
