Yes you are definitely eligible. But there is a particular age limit mentioned for the candidates of each and every category so you need to fulfill that criteria. Then only you can take admission in any college. For general category candidate it's different and some relaxation is given

if you get a college allotted during counsellig then you have to report to the respective college for admission . the certificates and documents that you get from there are proofs of your admission. there's nothing to do with the website anymore after allotment.
