if we are alloted seat in first round should we pay the fees or not to go to second round of counselling for better college

If u have got good college in first counselling then pay the fees and don't go for second counseling.
But if u are getting a better college in second counseling then u have to pay the fees for 2 nd college and also withdraw from your previous college.

You may have chances in Deemed Universities.

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota.

You can refer to the previous years cut off of various government and private

You may however try for open counselling if nobody feels like going to AIIMS Nagpur and Guntur and seats remain vacant

if you do not have the name in the state rank of karnatka , this shows that you did not qualify the entrance exam. as this is the only reason you did not get your name in the list. you can not do anything regarding this. all the best have
