No, If your reporting date is 30 june then you have to visit at 30 at anyhow

I am from A.P. my neet rank is 62593. Shall I got free seat in Karnataka counselling . 420 is my marks

You can get a seat in Karnataka in All India counselling only since you are from Andhra Pradesh. But, the cutoffs for All India quota are higher than 420. So, this would not be sufficient to get a seat in Karnataka. You may, however, get a seat in your state

Well, this much score is not enough to get a government MBBS seat. You may try for AYUSH or BDS seats. For MBBS, chances are in private colleges.
