EWS reservation has been accepted but it is not sure whether they will apply it for the admissions of 2019-2020. You might have to provide an income certificate to get a seat via EWS. EWS category reservation is not applicable for candidates belonging to any other category besides

Sorry dear but you can't get the college of your choice .If you have got enough marks toget the particular college then you have to fill the college on 1st order priority to get a seat alooted there.

Different states have different criteria for domicile certificates like some need the candidate to be a permanent resident of that state , some also consider the students who have studied 11 and 12 from that state , some consider the place mentioned in birth certificate etc.
