Usually NCC C certificate is required but you can go for any certificate in NCC during counselling and admission. It is compulsory to have NCC certificate if you are applying for NCC sub quota.

Based on this score in NEET 2018 you have less chance to get a seat in the Government colleges of your state if you wish to take admission in Bangalore then you can try for Deemed University & Bangalore private colleges management quota seats.
