Last year cutoff of Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, bangalore was 525 (NEET Marks) for Government quota seats.
For Management Quota seats (Open)- 530 marks and
Management quota seats for GMP (karnataka candidates)- 378 marks

The process has started for various states whereas it hasn't started in some. Since you haven't told us to which state you belong I would recommend you to keep an eye on your state counseling notification.
