Chances of getting a private college are also low for MBBS and BDS if you are from general category. You may get a private college for other allied courses. You may also apply to deemed universities.

Black and white printout of application form is okay for you to carry during document verification. CBSE has not issued any specific rule stating that the form has to be a colour printout. So, any printout of the form is valid.
