In general, first to qualify in NEET, a General Category candidate has to score 50% of the top NEET score. It is 40% for SC, ST, OBC. For example, if the top NEET scorer has scored 500, General Category candidates should score atleast 250 and SC,ST,OBC should score around 200

As you haven't named the college, So, I will give you a general answer. Basically, it depends on the college. Some private college will give you admission even if you haven't registered by paying a hefty fee to them.

If in the counselling list, the candidate's name has not come, then it is possible that it may come in the second round but the possibility of getting a seat is very less for those candidates.
