ok no worries dont lock the seat in first round adn leave teh secound counseling session need not to fill any thing in the further counselling as sson as the counseling finishe you will be out of the counseling session automaticaly and you can apply for the state counseling session

Sorry to say but your son has no chances for government colleges but you can try for deemed universities for which the counselling process has already started.

The fee structure will remain the same even if you opt for the 1st counselling or the second counselling as well.
An additional fees has to be paid for attending the 2nd counselling.
