You need to take PCB in 12th to be eleigiel for giving neet exam and securiing a seat through it. If you have completed your 12th with PCB how are eligible for neet.

You may start intiallin with reading your NCERT books throughly . Revision is the key. And than try some precipre year question paper for the same. You may also study material from various institutions after than as well..

The major changes that will occur in neet 2019 is that it will be conducted by NTA(national test agency) and the paper will be conducted twice a year while there will be no change in syllabus so just keep on studying.

Yes, this is a rule by dmer. Students upto a certain rank only are called for document verification at a particular point. Those with a rank more than the given number are supposed to get their documents verified at the college itself where they get admission. Keep yourself updated
