NEET AFMC cutoff for the year 2017 was 570/720 (NEET Marks) for boys.

You will have to fill the online application form of Punjab MBBS 2018 for admission to Dayanand Medical College, Ludhiana. You will ahve to apply for the state counselling.

If you are asking about the Choice filling of AIQ Counselling then Counselling for AIQ is only conducted for admission to Government medical colleges.
For admission to CMC Vellore and CMC Ludhiana, you will have to apply for the State Counselling.
