With 383 marks in NEET exam, chances are less of admission to Government medical colleges under 15% All India Quota.
You can try for admission to private colleges and Deemed Universities.

to see the fees structure go to the official website of the college you are looking for and they must have mentioned it on their website.
With AIIMS Rank you can get admission only in AIIMS Delhi and other 8 AIIMS and siilarly with NEET Rank you can get admission in all colleges except AIIMS and JIPMER !

Candidates who have studied Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and appeared for and cleared Biology/Biotechnology as an additional subject from the same board after already clearing Class 12.
Ineligible as per MCI as these candidates do not meet the test of regular and continuous two years

Fee structure varies per college. Fee for government college ranges from around 10k to 2 lakhs per annum (lower for AIIMS). Private colleges have a much higher fee (7 lakhs- 15 lakhs per annum). Deemed universities are the most expensive (upto 25 lakhs per annum) for MBBS.
